Usage

• Set Up the Printer: Unbox the Online TIJ Printer and check all supplied components. Securely install the printer on the provided stand and position it according to the production or conveyor line.
• Install the Cartridge: Insert a compatible ink cartridge into the cartridge holder and ensure that it is correctly positioned before operating the printer.
• Connect Power: Connect the printer to the appropriate power source and switch on the system.
• Connect & Position the Sensor: Install and align the sensor so it can accurately detect products moving along the conveyor or production line.
• Configure Printing Information: Use the control panel to enter the required MRP, Batch Number, Manufacturing Date, Expiry Date, Serial Number, Logo, QR Code, Barcode or other variable data.
• Calibrate the Printer: Perform initial calibration and adjust the printing distance, position and sensor settings according to the product and production line.
• Run a Test Print: Check print clarity, positioning and accuracy before starting continuous production.
• Start Automatic Printing: Once the required settings are confirmed, begin regular conveyor-based or production-line printing.

Maintenance

• Regular Print Head Cleaning: Keep the print head clean to maintain clear and consistent printing quality and help prevent clogging.
