Universal Seal ships across India. We work with reliable courier and freight partners to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time.
Dispatch Timeline
- In-stock items: Dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
- Items requiring sourcing: We will confirm estimated dispatch time when you place the order. Typically 3–7 business days.
- Custom/special-order items: Lead times vary; confirmed at the time of order.
Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times (excluding Sundays and public holidays):
- Delhi NCR: 1–2 business days
- Major metros (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 2–3 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 cities: 4–6 business days
- Remote areas: 6–10 business days
These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to courier capacity, holidays, or external factors.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹2,000 (subject to standard courier zones).
- For orders below ₹2,000, a flat shipping charge of ₹100–₹200 is applicable depending on weight and destination.
- Heavy or oversized freight shipments are charged based on actual weight and destination — confirmed at the time of order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the courier name and tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the courier's website using this tracking number.

Damaged in Transit
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If you notice visible damage to the packaging, please note it with the delivery person and photograph it. Report transit damage within 48 hours to info@universalseal.com with photos and your order ID. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
