We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product for any reason, please review our returns policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
A product is eligible for return if:
- It is returned within 7 days of delivery
- It is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- The original invoice is available
- It is not a custom-fabricated or special-order item
Products that show signs of installation, use, or damage caused by mishandling after delivery are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or made-to-order seals and gaskets
- Items purchased under special promotional pricing marked “non-returnable”
- Products damaged due to improper installation or misapplication
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@universalseal.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product if applicable.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to our address in Najafgarh, New Delhi. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. For bank transfer payments, refunds will be made to the account from which payment was received.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product was shipped, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
